The NOT REALLY A CONFERENCE Conference

Application Form – Deadline is January 1 st 2007

1 . What kind of application is it?

The application has 2 STEPS. STEP 1 is an online application and STEP 2 is three questions that you email to us.

2. Can I read or print the questions before I answer them online?

Sure you can! Check out our website www.youthambassadors.ca and click on the link “The NOT REALLY A CONFERENCE Conference”.

3. What do I need to do?

STEP 1 – Online Application

We have set up an online application that has just a few personnel questions (ie: name, address, phone number, etc.) that we would like to know about you. Take the time that you need since there is no time limit on this survey.

Please note that you cannot save your questions. You can however click “back” and revisit and change your answers without loosing them.

When you finished answering all the questions please click on “DONE” which will automatically bring you to STEP 2 of the application.

STEP 2 – Email Questions

You will see three questions that you can answer at your leisure and email them to nadia@ala.ca before January 1 st 2007. Don’t forget!
